Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location, as our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and may ship directly from their warehouses.

Processing times do not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (within Saudi Arabia):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout

International Shipping:

  • International Standard: 10-20 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing and destination country

Important: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, international logistics, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system
  • For international shipments, tracking updates may be limited or delayed
  • Some shipments may be fulfilled from international warehouses, and tracking may show origin locations outside Saudi Arabia

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • PO boxes (for certain carriers)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) - limited availability
  • Restricted or embargoed countries

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For International Orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframes
  • We are not responsible for packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees

For Domestic Orders (Saudi Arabia):

  • VAT and applicable taxes are included in the price where required

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us immediately at filmonabraha2@gmail.com with your order number
  • For damaged items, include clear photos of the packaging and product
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment or consider using a secure delivery location.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or additional fees caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information
  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed and shipped.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Cancellation or address change requests may not be accommodated after processing has begun. Please contact us at filmonabraha2@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed package
  • Unpaid customs fees

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
